Managers and Coaches Code Of Conduct 

As you know, good work can be very quickly undone by unsavoury incidents. Please act responsibly at all times so that everyone can enjoy the games. Thank you very much for your co-operation. 

1.    Always lead by example. Demonstrate good morals and principles and always show good sportsmanship. 

2.    Do not smoke or use bad language in front of the players. 

3.    Adhere to the coaching programme at all times. 

4.    Never criticise a player in a negative manner. Always discuss performance in a positive manner. 

5.    Nobody likes to lose, but always try to be positive about defeat. Concentrate on the positives and not the negatives. 

6.    Always complete a warm up and a cool down (do not warm up using static stretches). 

7.    Always encourage the players to play with a smile on their faces and in a relaxed and confident manner so that their true potential can be realised. 

8.    Give the players some positive constructive feedback on their individual performance as well as team performance. 

9.    If you experience any problems at any time, please discuss them with other club officials. 

10.   Be fair and reasonable at all times.
