Players Code Of Conduct

At Padiham Saints we believe that our players should be treated as responsible young people and their opinions are very important to us. The players however have to take responsibility for their own actions and have to be prepared to co-operate with other members of the club at all times.

1.    Try to be punctual, arriving a few minutes early (if possible) so that you can prepare for the training session.

2.    Injuries must be reported to your coach immediately and entered into the accident book.

3.    Any kit provided by the club must be worn for the purpose for which it was issued.

4.    Players are reminded that they are representatives of the club and that their behaviour should show respect for others at all times.

5.    Foul or abusive language, dissent or bad behaviour of any kind towards team-mates, opponents, officials or any other people present at training sessions and matches will not be tolerated.

6.    All items including kit and training equipment belonging to the club must be treated with respect and care at all times.

7.    Encourage your team players at all times and always strive to do your very best.

8.    Be considerate to others and listen to your manager, coach or referee. Praise skilful play by whichever team or player.

TRAIN SAFE, PLAY SAFE, BE SAFE!

Remember – you can discuss any matters with your team manager/coach at any time.
